Wow everyone, it is almost the end of February!  That means Spring is on its way and we’re steps closer to some beautiful Scranton weather!  I want to dedicate this post to some upcoming events that will be happening on and off campus in the upcoming month of March.

First, as I explained in my last post, Parade Day is approaching!!!  In just 2 short weeks Scranton will be a sea of green.  I hope you all informed your family and friends of the event and have started preparing by collecting all the green attire you can!  It is a great day, but remember, to be safe, and enjoy the fun that this day in Scranton has to offer.

Also in March is Spring break beginning March 22nd till April 2nd.  This is a long break combined with Easter break.  This will be here before we know it!!!  But immediately following Spring break is registration for Fall 2013 semester.  This is a sad time for us seniors because we will unfortunately not be registering !

Just a reminder for those of you who forgot to register: begin looking at what classes you need.  This means that first you need to retrieve your capp sheet from the office, second floor, St. Thomas Hall.  Remember to bring your royal card with you when you go to pick up your form.  Then, schedule a meeting with your advisor to make sure everything is in order and they are able to sign off on your classes.  Here, at this meeting, is where you’ll get your time slot for registration.  When you pick up your capp sheet there is a list of directions to follow on how to register.  This is an important time so pay attention to deadlines and start looking at what classes you need to take!!
